We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG 2018).

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Data

providing, maintaining, and improving the Service;
processing payments via Stripe;
sending transactional emails (invoices, technical notices);
responding to support requests;
fulfilling legal obligations (§ 132 BAO);
preventing fraud and ensuring security.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored exclusively on servers in the European Union. We apply: TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control (RBAC), regular backups.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Stripe — to process your payment when you complete checkout. stripe.com/privacy
Email service providers — for transactional communications.
Government authorities — only where required by law.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. International Data Transfers

Data is primarily stored in the EU/EEA. Any transfer outside the EU is made exclusively under SCCs (EC Decision 2021/914) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention Periods

Account data: for the duration of the contract + 3 years (§ 1489 ABGB);
Payment records: 7 years (§ 132 BAO);
Log files: up to 12 months;
Client content: deleted within 14 days after contract termination.

8. Processing of Client Buyers' Data

When a Client collects personal data of their buyers through the Service, LP-MOBI acts as a Data Processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Terms are set out in the DPA, which is automatically accepted upon registration (see Terms of access and use).
